Hussein Abdulrazaq, Executive Director
Hussein Abdulrazaq has served as Executive Director of VOTAI Consultancy since 2017, leading the firm's growth into a full-service coaching, training and development practice that now reaches county governments, schools, corporates, NGOs and communities across Kenya. His leadership combines strong administration and people management with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring.
Alongside leading VOTAI, Hussein brings close to a decade of experience in education management, human resources and career guidance — including roles as Training Development Manager & Career Counselor and Branch Manager at Imperial Education Consultants International, and as Centre Manager of an NGO-run vocational training centre empowering youth and women in Mombasa. He is skilled in leadership development, employee engagement, psychometric assessment, career counselling and organizational training design.
